Today, the process of obtaining a refinance home loan seem to be mind boggling. There are so many companies and lenders in the market out there that I really don't trust much at all. With my average credit score, I did not believe that I would be eligible for interest rate 4.875. But three weeks after I found OC Home Loans & Realty, my loan was approved.
